Then it happened. After just three showings, the third home captured their hearts. You could feel the relief and joy wash over them — it was the moment everything started to fall into place.
From there, we had to navigate one of the trickiest parts of any move: coordinating the sale of their current home with the purchase of their new one. It required patience, strategy, and a whole lot of trust. Through careful negotiation on both sides, we secured a short leaseback on their new home so they could move in early, followed by a brief leaseback on the sale of their previous home to give them the breathing room they needed. It’s rare for everything to align so perfectly in a simultaneous sell-and-buy situation, but this time, the stars truly did.
Working with them was a gift. Their kindness, flexibility, and faith in the process made every step meaningful. Helping them transition into this next chapter was an honor.
