Paul relocated to the states from overseas, it was an emotional decision as he thought he'd spend the rest of his life enjoying the beach. -
Unfortunately, due to safety and uncertainty, he decided it was best to move back to the states, where he is from originally.
Having lived abroad for so long, the process to rent or buy a home was made difficult, however he found the one he wanted and we submitted an offer with a lease back while he got everything in order, just in time for Christmas.
Administration changes and tariffs halted work which made it increasingly difficult on the lending side but he never gave up and neither did we, we got it done! Paul invested so much of himself, personally, physically, and financially in the home even prior to owning it! True integrity! He closed on the home after many months! It was a journey but we persevered.
