ARE YOU HANDLING PARAGRAPH 6C RIGHT?

 

Explaining what rights your buyer clients have in paragraph 6C.

 

Our topic today is paragraph 6C on the One-to-Four Family Contract. Keep in mind that if you check the first option for this paragraph, you’re asking the seller’s agent to provide you with the survey and the T-47 affidavit within the days allotted.
 
Many agents will say not to worry about it, since the seller will have to sign that T-47 at closing anyway, showing whatever changes have been made. However, if the seller failed to provide the survey in the time given, the buyer has the right to order a new survey.
