Meet Venise

Family is at the heart of everything Venise Johnson does. Driven by her children and her future grandchildren, Venise is passionate about building a legacy and creating meaningful experiences for the people she loves. That same heart for family is what led her to real estate. After experiencing firsthand the excitement and emotion of signing her own closing documents, she knew she wanted to help other families experience that same sense of accomplishment and joy.

Before entering real estate, Venise served as an EMT in the Air Force, bringing a background of service, compassion, and dedication to her work. She is also one of more than 40 grandchildren on her maternal grandparents’ side—a family so large that her grandmother was once featured in the newspaper for having the most grandchildren in town!

Loving, driven, supportive, and selfless are four words her friends would use to describe her. Venise strives to make every client feel cared for, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey. She is grateful to be part of M. Stagers Realty Partners, where she has the opportunity to learn and grow while being surrounded by strong morals, values, and leadership.

Outside of real estate, Venise enjoys spending time with her family, finding moments of peace where she can simply be herself, and indulging her love of elephants. She has also had the unique opportunity to travel to Barcelona, Spain, to play basketball with athletes from around the world.
