#435856Missy Stagers, the owner of M. Stagers Realty Partners, brings a diverse background to the world of real estate. Before entering the industry, Missy spent four years serving in the Navy within the Intelligence Community. Following her military service, she worked as a Marketing Associate for McMillan Realty in San Diego, California, where she gained valuable insights into the latest real estate marketing techniques from a progressive company.
Upon relocating to San Antonio, Missy joined the national real estate auction firm, Sheldon Good and Company, where she excelled in coordinating marketing and administrative services for auctions totaling over $33,000,000 in sales. Inspired by her experiences, Missy launched her real estate career in 1993 and quickly established herself as one of the top performers in San Antonio. For 17 years, she held the distinguished position of the number one agent for Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, Realtors, consistently ranking among the top 10 real estate teams in the city. Her team's exceptional performance even earned them a remarkable #10 ranking in the Southern region of Coldwell Banker, surpassing over 23,000 agents.
In 2010, Missy obtained her Broker license, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the industry. Capitalizing on her expertise and reputation, she took the bold step of opening her own brokerage company, M. Stagers Realty Partners, in January 2017.
Beyond her professional achievements, Missy is dedicated to giving back to the community. She devotes her time to mission trips, aiding children in Honduras and Moldova, as well as supporting various ministries, nonprofits, and charitable organizations such as Impact San Antonio, San Antonio Humane Society, CERI, Organ Donation, Overcomers for Breast Cancer, and San Antonio Education Partnership. Having lived in several places across the United States and abroad, Missy has chosen San Antonio as her permanent home, drawn to its vibrant big-city atmosphere combined with a warm small-town hospitality.
In her personal life, Missy shares her home with her husband and cherishes the presence of her daughter and son-in-law, son and daughter-in-law, four grandchildren, three standard poodles, and seven chickens. During her free time, she finds solace in her yard, engaging in activities such as crafting from scratch and exercising. When the opportunity arises, she enjoys retreating to her lake house, spending quality time with loved ones. To unwind and maintain a balanced perspective, Missy indulges in her passions for gardening, reading, fishing and cooking.
