Jessica has grown up in the world of real estate. As a teenager, she remembers helping, Missy, expand her business by taking names down at open houses, passing out ice cream social flyers on roller blades and working her first job as runner for the office. Taking a break, Jessica, went to school and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with an accounting degree. After taking several different jobs she decided to obtain her real estate license and go to work for Missy. Being with M. Stagers Realty Partners for over 9 years, she has worked every administrative position available. Currently she works as a listing coordinator and wears hats for human resources and accounting. She is always excited to make our clients transactions seamless and go above and beyond to ensure they receive the customer service our clients have come to expect from Missy and her team of professionals. Jessica has a loving husband Derek, whom she has been married to for six years. They adopted their daughter Mikala in 2015. She is a thriving-five-year old who loves hugging on their two dogs, Jaxson & Riley, and gymnastics.

Debra joined M. Stagers Realty Partners in 2013 after relocating to San Antonio with her husband and three dogs. She brought with her 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. Beginning her career as receptionist at Merrill Lynch Realty in the 80’s she soon moved into the position of Listing Coordinator and later Closing Coordinator. When the opportunity arose, she joined Ferester & Co., assisting Beth Ferester, one of Houston’s top 10 agents as recognized by the Houston Business Journal over the past 15 years. During Debra’s 20-year tenure with Beth she met the many challenges that crossed her path. Again, working with one of San Antonio’s top agents, Debra continues to flourish in what she enjoys. She has become licensed agent and again assists with the listing side of business. Handling a multitude of paperwork for the team preparing CMA’s, listing papers, quality control, getting a property on the market as well as maintaining the listing until it sells. She loves people and prides herself in superb customer service.
Assistant to Missy Stagers
Brandon Evins grew up a military brat and has traveled all over the United States making moving second nature to him. Eventually the Army brought his family to Texas. For the last seven years, Brandon has explored San Antonio and decided to pursue a career in real estate. Brandon is deeply rooted in family values and the importance of trust within his community and the people he interacts with every day.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, he owned and sold a partnered business in merchandise. Like any business it had its ups and downs, but in the end, he came out of it with many new experiences and developed a tenacious work ethic. Brandon is now ready to put those experiences to work in real estate. He understands the difficult process involved in real estate and wants to assist you through one of the biggest decisions made in your life. Working the rental and buyer market, he knows what it takes to assist others in their property transactions.
Brandon joined M. Stagers Realty Partners to obtain more knowledge on the inner workings of real estate. As Missy’s assistant, he is gaining the core foundations of Real Estate and what it takes to make it in this business. He assists Missy with her personal clients, lead generation and so much more. Before long he will be taking all the information and education and become once again a full time REALTOR®. Brandon also is fluent in Korean. In his spare time, he likes to enjoy the many outdoor hiking trails Texas has to offer.
Closing Coordinator, REALTOR®
Karen is that detailed, patient person you want in your corner. Her background is that of a military child with moves being a normal course of (almost) daily life. ‘You’re either recently settling in from a move, or planning one soon’, so no wonder she affiliated with the best in a move oriented industry. Travel and broad experiences are in her blood. From South Korea to 44 U.S. states and 17 other countries she can find commonalities. (Maybe you and she crossed paths in Rome, or New Jersey?). San Antonio is where she’s grounded! Her early experience involved assisting running a family owned bookstore all while earning her degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She then branched out to the insurance industry before joining her husband/partner and forming a successful high level, real estate team. Karen then opted to take a lifetime opportunity of adventure travel while volunteering and broadening savoir-faire. Karen’s responsibilities encompass coordination between agents, title companies, lenders and most importantly seller clients leading to as smooth and successful of a transaction as possible. Should any questions arise, ask Karen. If she doesn’t have the answer at her finger tips, she’ll find out and follow up.

Born and Raised in San Antonio, Texas, Mark graduated from Judson High School in June 2018 as their Student Council President. He is currently enrolled at San Antonio College as an incoming freshman to study business administration and associate degree in real estate management with hopes of transferring to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) to continue his studies. Before joining M. Stagers worked with his father in their family business, Martinez Surveying and Mapping as a Rodman. Being always interested in real estate and being able to learn and see firsthand working at M. Stagers Realty Partners, is truly an amazing opportunity. He enjoys is doing community service with his church, social groups and friends. He will strive to be kind to his colleagues and clients to ensure that their needs are met with the utmost respect and kindness. Giving them the best experience clients at M. Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
Yulia joined us in February 2019 after her husband and she, with their three children, relocated from Crystal Lake, IL for her husband to accept a position with a public charter school network KIPP Texas – San Antonio. Originally from Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, Yulia moved to the United States with her family in 2011.
Yulia received an undergraduate degree is in business, and then went to work for an investment fund. In 2001, she and her husband began to open restaurants in Russia: Pizza, Mexican and Ice Cream – all their favorite foods! For a long time Yulia supported the business side. Gradually she became more involved in marketing. Prior to coming to Texas, Yulia was working as a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator for a restaurant company with $6+M sales. She loves marketing because it’s creative, never boring, and keeps her busy. Yulia loves to learn new things and follow social media trends.
With almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Yulia is a strong believer that The Experience Matters!
