Missy Stagers is Broker / Owner of M. Stagers Realty Partners. She has over 20 years of real estate experience. Starting with Guy Chipman in 1993. Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Realtors acquired the firm and Missy stayed for 17 years. In January of 2017 Missy opened her own firm.
Prior to real estate Missy served in the U.S. Navy (Cryptology). She worked for McMillin Realty in California providing marketing services for multiple offices. Upon arriving in Texas, she worked for real estate auction company, Sheldon Good & Company using her marketing skills again for a large commercial real estate auction. With a better understanding of the industry, she obtained her real estate license and subsequently her broker’s license.
She has dedicated over two decades helping clients buy and sell property with over 3400 transactions and $550 million in sales. In addition, she has served her industry by being San Antonio Board of Realtors Chairman, Women’s Council of Realtors Chairman, and various chairman positions on committees at the Texas Associate of Realtors.
Missy met her husband in the Navy. Now retired, Rick practices Commercial Real Estate. In her spare time, she enjoys working out to stay fit, reading, fishing, gardening, and most importantly spending time with her grandkids and Standard Poodles. She is a breast cancer survivor. She dedicates time and funds to San Antonio Humane Society, Impact San Antonio, Susan B. Komen, CERI, other missions and believes in the gift of life through organ donation. Full Bio click here.

Ara has been helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs for over 13 years. Growing up as an Army brat she knows what it is like to move. When she sells a home, she tries to make the process as smooth as possible! Making sure you have one less thing to worry about (especially since you can’t find that one shirt you’re sure you already packed!). She is also a 2nd generation realtor after her father, so helping people with real estate services is in her blood.
Ara has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She uses this degree to help us in the marketing department and make sure our name gets out there.
In her spare time, Ara enjoys going hunting with her husband Robert, playing Yahtzee with her daughter, Brianna, and raising her son, Tayton, as the typical teenager.
A second-generation Realtor, Justin has watched and learned beyond his years of experience in real estate. He was raised in a military family, which gives him a good understanding of moving, changing schools and all that comes with moves every couple of years. In addition to working with Buyers and Sellers, he assists with the day to day operations in the brokerage. He has a strong construction background and understands the new home process or building a custom home from the ground up. He enjoys working with people and will take time to ensure they understand the buying and selling process. Justin is a tell it like it is guy. It puts things in a respectful manner, but it is important for him to give all the facts good and bad, so that his clients make the best decisions. First time home buyers as well as those looking to invest is something he enjoys helping with as well. He is very good with the house details for the discerning buyer as well. Justin is married and a father of three which keep both him and his wife Loren busy with school and sports activities. His hobbies include staying abreast of news/current events and firearms.

Lorna Kay Teragouchi began her real estate career in 2002 in Arizona with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. 2010, Lorna Kay moved to Boerne, Texas with her husband and continued working with the Coldwell Banker family both in Arizona and Texas. In 2012 she said her last good-byes to her clients in Arizona and began working full-time in the Texas market. Lorna Kay has represented both buyers and sellers with the acquisition of homes, buildings, and commercial and residential land. Her background in the commercial architectural field is a great asset with dealing with all buyers and sellers. Her passion for research is an added bonus to investors. Her experience includes Foreclosures, and a 98% success rate with Short Sale transactions. She has worked with investor from the start of her career and in the past few years has been specializing in First Time Home Buyer’s and the programs available to First Time Home Buyer’s. Lorna Kay created guidelines to assist in making the buying of real estate in Texas flow easier. She strives in keeping up with the newest technology and abreast of the changes in the real estate market. Lorna Kay believes “if there is a Will, there is a Way”. If the clients request can be legally done, she will make every effort to meet the client’s expectations. Lorna Kay and her husband raised her three children and then her son’s two children. She enjoys reading and working outdoors in her spare time.
Kim is a long-time San Antonin and Helotes resident. She brings more than 30 years of combined business and real estate experience to assist you with your real estate needs. She has a Bachelors in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance. Her wide experience from having owned and operated several small businesses with her husband and her education ensures she can help you make the best decisions in buying and selling. She thinks practically and financially. She has a vast area of local contacts as well. She stays busy with her grown children and grandchildren. All her kids attended the public schools here and went on to graduate from Texas A & M. In her spare time, Kim loves refinishing furniture, cooking, and anything outdoors.
Aurora was raised in Kansas. Married Bryan in 1995 and have 3 wonderful kids; Alexandra, Jacob, & Joshua. They moved to San Antonio, TX 10 yrs, ago. Having helped her husband plenty with their construction business, Aurora is very knowledgeable in the ins & out of residential construction business for well over 20 yrs.
