Missy Stagers is Broker / Owner of M. Stagers Realty Partners. She has over 20 years of real estate experience. Starting with Guy Chipman in 1993. Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Realtors acquired the firm and Missy stayed for 17 years. In January of 2017 Missy opened her own firm.
Prior to real estate Missy served in the U.S. Navy (Cryptology). She worked for McMillin Realty in California providing marketing services for multiple offices. Upon arriving in Texas, she worked for real estate auction company, Sheldon Good & Company using her marketing skills again for a large commercial real estate auction. With a better understanding of the industry, she obtained her real estate license and subsequently her broker’s license.
She has dedicated over two decades helping clients buy and sell property with over 3400 transactions and $550 million in sales. In addition, she has served her industry by being San Antonio Board of Realtors Chairman, Women’s Council of Realtors Chairman, and various chairman positions on committees at the Texas Associate of Realtors.
Missy met her husband in the Navy. Now retired, Rick practices Commercial Real Estate. In her spare time, she enjoys working out to stay fit, reading, fishing, gardening, and most importantly spending time with her grandkids and Standard Poodles. She is a breast cancer survivor. She dedicates time and funds to San Antonio Humane Society, Impact San Antonio, Susan B. Komen, CERI, other missions and believes in the gift of life through organ donation.

Ara has been helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs for over 13 years. Growing up as an Army brat she knows what it is like to move. When she sells a home, she tries to make the process as smooth as possible! Making sure you have one less thing to worry about (especially since you can’t find that one shirt you’re sure you already packed!). She is also a 2nd generation realtor after her father, so helping people with real estate services is in her blood.
Ara has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She uses this degree to help us in the marketing department and make sure our name gets out there.
In her spare time, Ara enjoys going hunting with her husband Robert, playing Yahtzee with her daughter, Brianna, and raising her son, Tayton, as the typical teenager.

A second-generation REALTOR®, Justin has watched and learned beyond his years of experience in real estate. He was raised in a military family, which gives him a good understanding of moving, changing schools and all that comes with moves every couple of years. He assists with the day to day operations in the brokerage. Justin manages the IT side of the business, lead management, answering agent questions and other daily processes. He has a strong construction background and understands the new home process or building a custom home from the ground up. He enjoys working with people and will take time to ensure they understand the buying and selling process. Justin is a tell it like it is guy. It is important for him to give all the facts good and bad, so that everyone can make the best decisions. He is very good with the house details for the discerning buyer or seller. Lorna Lay Teragouchi began her Real Estate career in 2002 in Arizona. Prior to Real Estate, she worked in the Commercial Architectural field, which gave her a natural insight to land and how it could be developed plus being able to look at a building layout and perceive a final use. Her background and experience has been an asset to investors both in the Commercial world and Residential Investing. Years of assisting investors with purchasing land to develop into Shopping Plazas and Storage Units, plus locating Office Buildings to be repurposed or locating the perfect area for a new business has given her a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist her Commercial clients with their business needs. Lorna Kay’s residential investment clients have access to her unlimited market knowledge when adding a rental investment to their portfolio or finding a rehab and resale deal. Kim is a long-time resident of San Antonio and Helotes. She brings more than 30 years of combined business and real estate experience to assist you with your real estate needs. Moving frequently through the military was a way of life for this San Antonio native. As a “military brat” of an Air Force Dad and Marine stepdad, she learned to adapt and make friends easily through her travels. Karen has a great love for our military and is so proud to have an extensive family of service men and women.
Karen graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. (She knows just enough Spanish to get herself into trouble.) Her “greatest blessings in life” are her husband Mark and their two sons, Dalton and Logan. As a family they love to snow ski, scuba dive & zip line. When on solid ground, Karen loves to have a camera in her hand and shoot sports photography.
After living in San Antonio for the past 18 years, Karen has a keen awareness of this city she loves so deeply, a city rich in culture, history and a great place to raise children and retire. Dena’s love of real estate started early. Her father, a commercial contractor, built their first family home in 1985, doing much of the work himself. Evenings and weekends were spent as his helper, handing him hammers and screwdrivers and sweeping up sawdust. She got more and more involved with each house they build, learning to read blueprints helping choose finishes.
She received her degree in Family and Consumer Science with a focus on housing and design from Texas State University in 2004. It was while working as a property locator for a home rehab company, that she found her passion for fixer uppers. She purchased her first rehab property in 2010 and never looked back. After obtaining her real estate license, she jumped at the opportunity to join the Missy Stagers team and looks forward to working with clients to find their perfect project.
Jennifer Rush – Over the past 25 years, I have enjoyed being wife to my husband who, during that time has served in both the U.S. Marines and U.S. Navy, has been a civilian employee, and has been deployed numerous times. I was also proud to be mom and teacher to our wonderful children who were home-schooled through high school and are now sprouting their wings on their own in young adult life.
In 2016 knowing my role in life was about to change I began to wonder and search for what my next life journey was going to be. Real estate is where the Lord led me, and EXIT Realty Pro in Northeast Texas is where my real estate career began as a Receptionist, Social Media Coordinator, and Compliance Officer. Off and on throughout the years I have toyed with the idea of becoming a Real Estate Agent. Working in the industry with and for Real Estate professionals sealed the deal for me.
In April of 2017 I embarked upon my career as a Real Estate Sales Agent and have since helped buyers and sellers make the biggest financial decision of their lives. Erik has lived in San Antonio for much of his life and has moved throughout the city giving him a plethora of knowledge on the city. While attending the University of Texas at San Antonio, he became drawn to real estate. Seeking out a job to learn more he joined M. Stagers Realty Partners and took on the role of courier/runner. It taught him various skills including professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. The experience really does matter. This opportunity allowed him exposure to the ins and outs of a real estate transaction and establishing relationships with the staff and other agents in the office. Realizing that real estate was his passion the next step to take was to become a fully licensed agent. Coming on board now with M. Stagers Realty Partners as a REALTOR®, Erik is putting all his newly learned skills work. By joining The Missy Stagers Team and he looks to Missy for guidance on perfecting his new career. He is excited and ready to go to work for you! Dan Monroe is a native Texan born in Houston and raised in San Antonio. In 1960 his father moved here to start a food brokerage business and Dan has experienced the city growing from a sleepy town exploding to the diverse cosmopolitan area it is today. After attending Churchill High and Texas State with a golf scholarship, he studied Architecture there and at Trinity (and a stint as a disk jockey), he joined his family business in 1975. As grocery manufacturer representatives, Monroe & Associates, Inc. pioneered and introduced numerous name brands to H.E.B Grocery Company and was recognized as one of the premier independent brokers with many national and regional awards. Sold in 2007 to a company based out of Oklahoma City, Dan stayed on in San Antonio to help Texas operations for five years before retiring in 2013, pursuing his lifelong desire in the real estate industry. Prior to that in 2003 he constructed Deerfield Parke Garden Offices on Bitters Road and leases and manages the property today 100% occupied. In 1994, Dan founded and co-owned Panther Springs Golf on Blanco Road, a public/private partnership with the San Antonio River Authority. The premier golf practice facility in San Antonio when sold to EagleQuest of Vancouver B.C. it is currently Caruso’s Golf Academy. Always supporting his community, he is an original season ticket holder of the San Antonio Spurs. Also an original charter member of The Dominion Country Club since 1984 where he has cultivated many friendships and relationships on and off the golf course, serving on various golf and social committees including 2001 Renaissance chairman and is also a ten (10) time golf Club Champion. After enjoying coaching all of his children in youth sports at their school and church he formed and organized a men’s basketball league still going strong today as over the past 30 years over 350 players have participated in the league. Dan is most proud of his three (3) children and four (4) grandchildren. His daughter is a Texas State graduate and is shaping our children’s future as a beloved elementary school teacher and community leader. His oldest son is a Texas A&M grad, an executive with the San Antonio Spurs and is the 2019 Chairman of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. His youngest son is a University of Texas grad and recently obtained his PhD in Molecular Biophysics at Baylor Medical and is currently doing his research in North Carolina at Duke. Free times usually involve golf, basketball, music, his yellow lab, oil painting, traveling or remodeling. He also loves looking at a variety of homes, whether an older house that needs updating or a new build, and would love the privilege of helping you through the buying process or listing your home. Cultivating his lifetime experiences in San Antonio helping old friends and building new relationships with market knowledge and communication and making the real estate experience enjoyable along the way. Tara Bars is a graduate of Texas State University where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Counseling. In terms of real estate, her education is never complete. She invests her time into continuing education courses, training, and seminars. Tara found her niche in Property Management in 2006 where she fell in love with the real estate world. She quickly became proficient in Sales Forecasting, Marketing, and Financial Management.
She spent a decade working for two of the largest property management companies in the nation- Greystar and Pinnacle. Early in her career, she quickly began breaking company records achieving the highest sales numbers in the Central Texas Region and receiving numerous awards for her achievements. Tara then turned her attention to achieving a bigger dream of expanding her career to become a relocation professional and licensed realtor. She is also a savvy investor, with extensive knowledge of new construction, rehab, and development costs.
Growing up in Connecticut and settling in Texas, Tara has first-hand knowledge of all the moving parts that come with corporate relocation. Chonthicha recently retired from the Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant.
She is a dedicated professional with 29 years of training and experience in leading and managing organizations with over 500 personnel. She served as an advisor to her organizations leadership and was responsible for the moral, welfare, support and development of military and civilian personnel.
Chonthicha was born in Udorn, Thailand and grew up as a military brat on U.S. Air Force installations around the world. With over 11 moves throughout her career she knows and understands the challenges that come with buying and selling a home.
She entered the Air Force in November 1990. Her background includes various duties in Maintenance, Education & Training, major command, and several deployments. She has deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and completed overseas tours in Europe and the Pacific.
She values honesty, integrity and commitment…always putting others first. Values instilled by her parents and the Air Force. She is resourceful, effecient and brings the same dedication and commitment to her role as a realtor. She has completed two Community College of the Air Force Degrees and a Bachelor of Science in Work Force Education from Southern Illinois University.
She enjoys spending time with her family & dog (Vader), baking, arts and crafts and doing projects around her home. She is a Star Wars fan and loves doing anything Star Wars related.
